1) Finance Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Compliance of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;

  • Cashflow Planning & Management;

  • To consolidate Group's results and present financial information to Management;

  • To perform Cost and Expenses Analysis;

  • To perform Internal Audit for the Group in both accounting and operations;

  • To perform Inventory Analysis for the Group to improve operation efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management;

  • To report risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to Management;

  • Provide recommendations for improving the company's operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance;

  • Any other ad hoc Projects assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent;

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Finance Manager is required for this position;

  • Possess Leadership quality in driving the team towards excellence;

  • Hands-on and Manages Group Accounts Consolidation and Financial Analysis;

  • Able to read and write English and Chinese fluently, to liaise with Chinese speaking customers;

  • Must be willing to work in Tuas (Transport Provided at Boon Lay MRT);

  • Must be willing to travel overseas occasionally;

  • Hardworking and able to work under pressure;

2) Senior Manager (Finance and Human Resources) Based In China

 

Responsibilities:

  • Overall in-charge & Leadership for China's Finance and HR teams;

  • Liaise with local government authorities & consultants on local operational issues;

  • Manage corporate operation set-up schedules & deliverables;

  • Oversees & responsible for local HR policies & procedures, compensations, work regulations, staff training, recruitment, discipline, welfare, presentation & overall job performance;

  • Responsible for timely financial & management reports, conduct financial performance reviews & analysis, budgeting & forecasting as well as cash flow management;

  • Work closely & support the General Manager in strategic planning & execution of the current & future growth;

  • Define & establish development strategies & monitoring industry trends;

  • Develop management systems for the company to function on a long term basis;

  • Assess, recruit, develop & retain competent teams;

  • Pro-active & contribute to the overall business environment;

  • Ensure compliance & alignment of business and operation obligations and quality system locally to align with the Group's standards & corporate identity.

Requirements:

  • Degree & above from recognized Financial & Preferably institutions with HR qualifications;

  • Above 5-8 years' of working experiences in foreign companies based in China;

  • Strong Financial and management experience in manufacturing company;

  • Report to Board of Directors on a regular basis of the business progress;

  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (both verbal & written);

  • Position is based in Guangdong Province, China.

 

 


 

 

3) Marketing Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall local marketing administrative support & co-ordination;

  • Ensure effective internal and external communications;

  • Handle and attend to customer's enquiries;

  • Coordinate on daily material collections and ensure all the collections are running smoothly at all times;

  • Assist marketing team in preparation of company's profile, quotations and any other marketing documentation;

  • Prepare costings, invoices, delivery orders and other related documents for import and export (eg. permits, insurance);

  • Assist in financial responsibilities: estimating, billing, reporting, and invoicing for marketing fees and expenses, production material costs, follow up on collection of payment and documentation;

  • Verify shipping documents and invoices from authorised shipping company;

  • Purchase logistics and production department daily consumable needs;

  • Coordinate and ensure ISO 9001 Quality Management System compliance and effectiveness;

  • Any other ad-hoc assignments by superior.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least GCE O levels or equivalent qualification or two (2) years experience in similar fields;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel softwares;

  • Ability to work independently and work under pressure;

  • Resourceful and willing to learn;

  • Strong consumer and product awareness;

  • Good knowledge of marketing techniques;

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

4) Cleaner cum Coffee Lady

 

Responsibilities:

  • General cleaning which include but not limited to toilets cleaning & mopping, office carpet vacuuming, office glass cleaning, clean all working desks, etc;

  • General house keeping within office front porch and whole of office and pantries areas and clear all rubbish;

  • Plants Watering and pruning, sweep away fallen/dead leaves within our yard;

  • To serve drinks and/or refreshments for visitors and meetings;

  • Any other simple tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum with PSLE education or at least 1 year related working experience

  • Able to communicate with Chinese associates

  • Physically fit

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Salary: S$900/mth
